Start cooking. Mix the pre-sifted flour and yeast in a deep bowl. Then add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and margarine. Combine milk and one egg, stir and add to the bowl. Mix the ingredients and knead the dough. Knead with your hands for 10-15 minutes. Then cover and put in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Form the rolls. Take half of the dough and roll it out on a floured surface. Spread the sliced apples over the dough. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Do not spread the filling to the edges, leave them empty. Beat the egg and grease the edges of the dough. This is necessary so that they stick together well and the filling does not leak out. Then roll the dough with the filling into a roll, tucking the ends of the dough inward. Turn the roll over with the seam down. Repeat the same with the second roll.
Bake the rolls. Place the yeast rolls on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Leave in a warm place for 30 minutes to rise. Brush the top with egg and place in an oven preheated to 200 ˚C for 30 minutes. Let the yeast rolls cool slightly and serve.
