Wok with seafood
Ingredients
- Rice noodles - 300 g
- Shrimps - 300 g

- Chili pepper - 15 g

- Soy sauce - 30 g
Wok noodles with seafood are a great idea for a quick snack, as they are prepared almost instantly. Wok with seafood is a kind of fast food in Asian countries. But, knowing the benefits of seafood, you can cook such noodles at home. The recipe uses shrimp. Ideally, they are fresh and chilled. But if you choose frozen ones, you need to take peeled ones without shells.
Step 1

Fry vegetables and seafood. Fry whole garlic cloves and chili peppers in a frying pan with vegetable oil for 3 minutes. Add shrimp, squid and mussels and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
