Teriyaki is a Japanese way of frying chicken, vegetables or noodles in a sweet sauce. With its help, you can prepare a very tasty and satisfying dish - wok. The recipe for making a wok is simple. In the original, teriyaki is made from brown sugar, mirin (Japanese rice seasoning) and soy sauce. To make a wok teriyaki at home, you can use ready-made teriyaki sauce: it should have a thick consistency, rich taste, bright burgundy color.
Step 1

Prepare the noodles. Pour boiling water over the noodles, leave for 10 minutes, drain in a colander.

Prepare the meat and vegetables. Fry the chicken pieces in vegetable oil for 2 minutes. Add the zucchini, pepper, carrot and mix well. Fry the chicken with vegetables for 7 minutes.

Combine the bases and finish cooking. Add the cooked noodles, salt, teriyaki sauce and sesame to the pan with the meat and vegetables. Simmer for 2 minutes over medium heat.
