
Cut the onion into half rings.

Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into wide strips.

Cut the garlic into thin slices.

Cut the chicken breast into even pieces.

Boil the noodles. Place them in boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes until soft.

Heat a frying pan with sunflower oil and fry the chicken on both sides.

Add vegetables and soy sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Fry vegetables with chicken until done.

Add noodles, stir, add some more sauce and sesame seeds.

Serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
