Peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips.
Remove the core and cut the bell pepper into strips.
Divide the onion into layers and cut into thin slices.
Cut the mushrooms.
Heat a deep frying pan with vegetable oil and put the shrimps in. Fry on both sides.
Add vegetables to shrimp. Stir and fry together.
Boil water and soak noodles in it for 5-7 minutes.
Pour soy sauce and teriyaki sauce into the vegetables, stir, and simmer together.
Mix the cooked noodles with vegetables and shrimp. Simmer together for a couple of minutes. Serve.
