Melt the butter over low heat, remove from the stove. Add sugar and eggs to a bowl with butter, beat. Then alternately add flour with baking powder and milk, mix. Add orange zest and 2 tbsp. l. orange juice, knead the dough. We heat the oven to 180 degrees.
We take a baking dish, grease it with oil and place 2/3 of the dough in it. We distribute the dough with a spoon throughout the form, including along the sides, leaving a place in the center for the filling. The dough is ready.
Wash cranberries, put them in a bowl, add 3 tbsp. l. sugar and knead. We put the filling in the form. Take the remaining 1/3 of the dough and evenly cover the filling with it.
We send the cake to the oven for 40-50 minutes. (depending on the oven). Then let it cool down for a while.
