Many of us remember our childhood as a cottage cheese casserole. How cooks cook in kindergartens is a mystery covered in darkness. But it's not scary! Curd casserole is good because you can experiment with its taste as much as you like. My smells since childhood are needles, citrus and cinnamon. I want to present to your attention a winter cinnamon casserole!
Knead the cottage cheese with a fork.
Whisk eggs with sugar.
Add to curd along with flour and baking powder.
Add sour cream.
And mix well.
Lubricate the multicooker bowl with oil.
Lay out the mass.
Cut apples into slices.
Spread on top of the mass.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 40 minutes.
Fragrant casserole is ready!
