Dissolve the yeast in warm water and add ½ spoon of sugar. Put the yeast in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
Mix the ready yeast with flour, add sugar and salt. Gently knead the dough, adding water evenly, without forming lumps.
Let the finished dough sit and grow in a warm place. It will increase in size by 2-3 times. Give the finished dough the desired shape, put it on a baking sheet, and line it with parchment paper in advance. Grease the bread with a small amount of vegetable oil and make cuts on top, this will help get rid of the formation of excess carbon dioxide.
Bake the bread in the oven at 200℃ for 30 minutes. Cool the finished bread, cut into slices and place on a serving plate at the dinner table. Enjoy!
