
Cut the baguette into 1-1.5 cm cubes.

Grate the garlic on a fine grater or squeeze it through a press.

In a bowl, combine vegetable oil, paprika and garlic.

Place the croutons in a bowl with the butter and spices, add salt and mix.

Heat a frying pan well and put the croutons on it. Fry them on medium heat until crisp, turning them over periodically.

White garlic croutons are ready.
