Cut the onion into thin half rings, chop the garlic. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until soft. Transfer to a small baking sheet in which the chicken will be baked, and pour the broth there. Lay the chicken on top. Make glaze: mix whiskey, vinegar, sugar and spices. Lubricate the chicken with half of the glaze and put in the oven, preheated to 180ºС for 30 minutes. After that, periodically greasing the chicken with the remaining glaze, bake it for another 30-40 minutes, until cooked. Serve with soaked cranberries.
