Mix yeast, wheat and rye flour.
Dissolve salt and sugar in warm milk and water, add vegetable oil. Pour in the sifted dry mixture.
Knead the dough, cover and put in a warm place.
When the dough is suitable, form an oblong loaf, put on a baking sheet, cover with a towel and put in a warm place. Then put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
