I found the recipe on a Greek website, the picture was very attractive. It turned out to be a delicious cake, of an unusual "moist" consistency, such a chocolate-chocolate one, for real shocologists

Grind the yolks with vanilla.

Pour in brown sugar.

Pour warm milk into the yolk mass, stir. Then add melted butter.

Sift cocoa powder and mix with flour. Pour into liquid mixture.

Whip the egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter with a whisk.

Line the form with parchment paper (if desired, grease with oil), pour the dough into it (the dough turns out to be liquid!). Bake in a hot oven at t-160 * 1 hour. When ready, cool, cut into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
