Cut tomatoes into wedges. Cut champignons into large slices. Coarsely chop iceberg lettuce. Cut dry-cured bacon into medium-sized squares. Cut smoked chicken breast into cubes.
For the dressing, mix ketchup and mayonnaise in equal proportions.
Place the sliced champignons in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the champignons until done for 5-7 minutes.
Place the chopped iceberg lettuce and smoked chicken on a plate. Dress the salad. Place the remaining ingredients on a plate: bacon, fried mushrooms, sliced tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
