Black Chinese sauce, granulated sugar, soy sauce and chili paste mix and heat in a pan for 1 minute.
Cut the tofu into cubes and fry for 2-4 minutes in a pan with the addition of 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
Diced green and red chili peppers, leeks and boiled tree mushrooms fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes. Add fried tofu and sweet and sour sauce to the fried vegetables.
