Vegetable tartare with pine nuts

Ingredients

Step 1

Wash and dry all vegetables well. Peel carrots and pumpkin, remove seeds from zucchini, cut into small and even cubes.

Step 2

Mix all ingredients, except tomatoes, in a bowl, season with oil and put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Serve tartare on a plate using a round tin. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and onions.
