Place clean and dry jars and lids in a cold oven, turn on the oven to preheat to 120 ⁰С and turn it off after 13–15 minutes.
Cut cucumbers into circles, cut onion into half rings, chop garlic. Transfer vegetables to a deep bowl
Add bay leaf, spices, salt, sugar and vinegar to the bowl. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Place the onion salad for the winter in portioned jars and let it sit for 2-3 days. Enjoy!
