Place noodles in salted boiling water, cook for 2-3 minutes and drain in a colander. Rinse noodles.
Cut the zucchini, carrots, peppers and chicken into strips. Place all ingredients in a deep frying pan, greased with vegetable oil, and fry well.
Add soy sauce to the vegetables and chicken and mix everything. Place udon on top.
Combine all ingredients. Place the resulting dish on a plate and garnish with chili pepper, onion and sesame seeds.
