A turkey garnished with fresh raspberries and served with a creamy vanilla sauce will not only decorate the festive table, but also, perhaps, outshine the rest of the dishes in taste.
Cut the turkey fillet into slices, thinly beat off, season with salt and pepper. Carefully cut the vanilla sticks lengthwise, remove the seeds; save the stick for decoration.
Boil the cream, add lime zest, salt, pepper, sugar and vanilla seeds; boil until the consistency of the sauce.
Fry the turkey in olive oil. On a plate, build a tower of slices of turkey and berries, pour sauce around it. Decorate with a vanilla stick.
