Cut the turkey fillet into steaks 2 to 4 cm thick and beat lightly.
Sprinkle each piece of fillet with salt and pepper on both sides.
Place seasoned steaks in a frying pan with hot oil and fry them over high heat until a crust appears (1-2 minutes on each side).
Reduce heat and fry steaks until fully cooked over low heat (5 minutes on each side). 5 minutes before done, add butter, thyme and garlic cloves crushed with the flat side of a knife to the pan. Pour melted butter over the meat.
Place the finished steaks on a plate, cover with foil and leave for 10 minutes, then serve.
