Surely you have tried a similar dish in Asian restaurants. But it is very easy to prepare at home from the most common products.
Cut the turkey fillet into 1.2-1.5 cm cubes. Place the fillet in a plastic bag, pour in the soy sauce and vinegar, season with a little salt and pepper and shake well. Leave to marinate for 5 minutes.
Whisk all sauce ingredients except sriracha in a bowl.
Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat. Add turkey and fry for 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
Pour the sauce into the wok and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add hot sauce, if using, and wait for the sauce to thicken slightly. Salt and pepper. Return the turkey to the wok and toss to coat all the pieces with the sauce.
Remove the wok from the heat and sprinkle the turkey with the sesame seeds and lemon zest. Transfer to a platter, sprinkle with finely chopped onion and cilantro, and serve immediately.
