
Prepare the chops. Cut the turkey breast into medallions 1-1.5 cm thick. Beat with a kitchen hammer, without tearing the fibers, to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Salt each piece of fillet, add seasoning and pepper.

Prepare the batter. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add the grated cheese, pour in the water. Beat the batter well. Pour the flour onto a separate saucer.

Start frying the chops. Heat the frying pan, pour in the vegetable oil. Roll each chop in flour, place in the batter, and immediately put in the frying pan. Fry the chops for 2-3 minutes on each side.
