Cut the fish into thin slices. Cut the cucumber into thin, wide slices. Chop the greens: you can use dill, parsley, cilantro.
Cut white bread into medium-sized pieces. Spread each piece with cream cheese. Do not skimp on the cheese to make a good, even layer, so that the sandwich does not turn out dry in consistency.
Place cucumbers on top of the cheese, then slices of red fish.
Place the finished sandwiches on a serving plate and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
