Mix flour, egg, milk and spices in one bowl until smooth.
Cut the chicken into strips, then dip it in batter and place it in boiling oil for 3-4 minutes.
Mix mayonnaise and mustard until smooth. Place tortilla and spread with a little sauce.
Place the lettuce, then the tomatoes, then the chicken. Drizzle the rest of the sauce over the top.
Wrap the tortilla into an envelope and fry it on both sides.
