Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and rub the cottage cheese through a sieve. Chop the garlic. Chop the greens finely.
Prepare the filling: in a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, half of the herbs, salt and pepper.
Prepare the base for the snack. Cut the tomatoes into 4 pieces and carefully remove the pulp from the slices with a teaspoon.
Assemble the appetizer: fill the tomato slices with the filling. Place the appetizer on lettuce leaves, sprinkle with herbs on top.
