Meatballs here are minced chicken, with cottage cheese and cheese, and oatmeal, unusually tender. But instead of minced chicken, you can use beef mince.
In a bowl, combine: grated parmesan, cottage cheese, oatmeal, minced meat and soy sauce.
To stir thoroughly. Roll up small meatballs.
Heat the oil in a heavy bottomed saucepan, gradually add the flour and mix it with a whisk. Pour in hot broth. Add tomatoes, pepper, salt to taste and bring to a boil.
Throw the meatballs into the soup and keep on fire under the lid for 10-15 minutes. Pour the soup into bowls and garnish with herbs. Enjoy your meal!
