Mix butter with 1 tbsp. l. mashed tomatoes, 1 very finely chopped half of a sun-dried tomato, 1/2 tbsp. l. grated onion, 1/4 tsp. dried oregano, a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve with pasta, steaks and baked white fish.
