Cut three slices of baguette 1.5 cm thick.
Grate the garlic on a fine grater.
Break two chicken eggs into a bowl.
Add milk, grated garlic, salt and black pepper to the bowl. Mix everything until smooth.
Dip each baguette slice into the egg-milk mixture. Let the bread sit in it for a while to soak.
Melt the butter in a frying pan. Place the soaked baguette on it.
Fry the bread for 2 minutes on each side over medium heat.
The egg and garlic croutons are ready. Enjoy!
