Chicken breast is often used in many recipes for baking, frying, stewing or boiling. This is because it looks very appetizing in any form, and its taste is always pleasant. To make the dish more attractive, many chefs recommend using Italian or Provencal herbs, as they give an unusual aroma to the dish.
Step 1

Divide the breast into two parts, beat it a little if desired to make the meat softer, then rub with salt, pepper and spices.
Step 2

Grill the breast in a grill pan until the steak's characteristic pattern is preserved. Frying is recommended over medium heat, no more than 7 minutes on each side.
