Prepare the filling. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and put it in a separate bowl. Add the garlic. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Fill the tartlets with the filling. Put the resulting mass into each tartlet. Put cherry tomato halves on top.
Bake the tartlets. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the tartlets on it. Put the tartlets in the oven for 15 minutes. Bake at 160 degrees until the cheese melts and the top gets a golden brown crust.
