Prepare the shrimp for the filling. To do this, take a frying pan and pour vegetable oil into it. Fry the shrimp in a heated frying pan for 3-4 minutes. While frying, add a clove of garlic to the oil for flavor.
Place the fried shrimp on a paper towel and cool slightly. The paper towel will absorb excess oil.
Place the soft curd cheese in a blender with sour cream or mayonnaise. Add a peeled clove of garlic to the mixture. Beat until smooth. You can add a little salt to the future filling.
Finely chop the green onions.
Fill the tartlets with the cheese mixture, put the shrimp on top and garnish the appetizer with chopped green onions. Serve.
