
Break two chicken eggs into a bowl.

Add milk and sugar. Stir.

Dip the baguette slices into the egg-milk mixture until coated.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and place the baguette slices on it.

Fry the croutons over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Sprinkle the finished croutons with walnuts. Enjoy!
