If you have been to Scandinavia, it will not be a discovery for you that herring is the main food in these countries. What do they not cook from it! They fry, boil, steam and, of course, marinate. To try all the existing marinades, two months is not enough.
Cut the herring fillet into small pieces, beets, potatoes and cucumbers into cubes. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Wash the dill, dry and chop.
Mix herring, beets, potatoes and cucumbers in a salad bowl. Salt, pepper to taste.
Whisk sour cream with lemon juice and honey. Dress the salad, sprinkle with dill on top.
