Grind the ingredients. Separate the whites from the yolks of the boiled eggs. Finely chop the whites, crumble the yolks. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes as well. Finely chop the chives. Grate the garlic on a fine grater and add it to the mayonnaise. Mix.
Combine all ingredients. Place all chopped ingredients except the yolk in a deep bowl. Add corn to the other ingredients. Add garlic mayonnaise to the bowl. Mix everything. Add salt. Put the salad in the refrigerator. Take it out after 15 minutes. Form a hemisphere out of the salad on a plate. Smooth it with a spoon, sprinkle with yolk. Place chips around the salad.
