Take a deep bowl and break a chicken egg into it. Separate the white from the yolk. Stir the yolk in the bowl.

Sprinkle a clean surface with a little flour. Lay out the yeast dough and divide it into 4 parts.

Roll each of the four pieces out thinly and dust again with a little flour.

Roll the rolled dough into a roll and pinch the edges. Then fold the roll, connecting both edges together.

Cut the rolled up rolls, not all the way through, to form a heart shape. Grease the dough pieces with egg yolk, a little vegetable oil and sprinkle with sugar. Place baking paper on a baking tray and place the dough "hearts" on it.

Bake the heart buns for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 C. Once the pastry is ready, cool it by removing the baking tray from the oven. Leave the pastry for 5-7 minutes. Ready!
