
Prepare the filling and stuff the peppers. Place the minced meat and onion in a bowl. Salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Fill the peppers with the minced meat.

Prepare the remaining ingredients and simmer the peppers. Heat a saucepan with vegetable oil, fry the onion, carrots and mushrooms. Add tomato paste and a couple of tablespoons of water. Salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Then put the peppers in the pan and simmer over low heat for about 60 minutes.
