
Prepare the dough. Break the egg into a bowl with hot water, add oil. Beat well. Sift the flour into a large bowl, add salt and pour the egg with water and vegetable oil in a circular motion. Knead the dough until stiff. Roll it into a ball, put it in a bag. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Make a meatloaf. Roll out the dough into a thin layer 5 mm thick. Spread the minced meat over the entire surface. Roll it into a roll and cut the strudel into equal pieces of 3-4 cm.

Prepare the vegetables. Fry the onion and carrot until golden brown for 3-5 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of a deep saucepan. Put the potatoes in, add salt and pepper again. Then put a layer of carrots and onions. Put the meat strudels on top of the vegetables. Pour in 100 ml of water, cover and cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
