Cut the mushrooms along the stem.
Take the breast fillet and cut it into medium sized cubes.
Finely chop the dill.
Take a frying pan, grease it with vegetable oil and place the sliced breast fillet on it.
Place the mushrooms on top in a single layer.
Add spices, black pepper and salt to taste.
Add chopped dill to the ingredients.
Fry everything for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle the table with flour, take the puff pastry without yeast and roll it out into a thin layer using a rolling pin.
Place the fried chicken and mushrooms on the edge of the rolled out dough.
Fold the edges of the dough so that the fried chicken and mushrooms are covered on the sides.
Fold the lengthwise edge of the dough so that the fried chicken is covered on those sides.
Wrap the fried chicken and mushrooms in the dough and form into a roll.
Take a baking dish, grease it with butter and put the workpiece in it. Send the dish to the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Remove the strudel from the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes and serve!
