Fry the spinach in a mixture of vegetable and olive oil.
Roll out the dough into a circle 5 mm thick. Spread the tomato sauce evenly, add the spinach, top with mozzarella and roasted peppers.
Fold the edges of the dough and roll the pizza into a roll. Brush the dough with egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes.
