
Remove stems from strawberries, cut into thin slices. Roll out puff pastry. Use flour if it sticks to your hands.

Divide the dough into even squares. Place a strawberry in the center of each square and add a little sugar on top. Fold the dough into triangles, making small folds along the edges. Grease the puff pastry with a little butter or egg yolk, to your taste.

Bake the puff pastries in the oven at 180℃ for 15-20 minutes. Cool the finished puff pastries a little and transfer to a serving plate.
