Make the jelly. Add sugar to the berries. Pour 200 ml of boiling water over the strawberries and sugar, add lemon juice. Beat until smooth with an immersion blender for 5-7 minutes. Strain the strawberry mixture into a saucepan and place on medium heat. Bring to a boil, but do not boil. Add gelatin. Mix thoroughly. The gelatin should completely dissolve in the mixture. Remove from heat. Pour the berry mixture into molds, let cool for 20-30 minutes. Then put in the refrigerator for 2 hours to harden.
