Grilled corn is a tasty, satisfying and visually very winning dish. If it is cooked correctly, it can become just a bomb. In this recipe, honey spicy marinade is added for a bomb effect. It can also be used for other grilled vegetables such as carrots and celery tubers.
Remove the seeds from the chili pepper, then finely chop it.
Mix olive oil, honey, chili pepper, mustard and soy sauce.
Pour the marinade over the corn, let it brew for 20 minutes.
Remove the corn from the marinade and put it on a very hot grill. Cook for 10 minutes until the cobs are slightly charred. During this time, the corn should be turned over several times, pouring a small amount of marinade. Serve immediately, basting with the rest of the marinade.
