Stewed cabbage with chicken fillet is a tasty and filling traditional main dish of Russian cuisine. The tenderness of stewed cabbage is complemented by the meaty taste of the fillet and the sweetness of carrots. In this recipe, we use white cabbage, but you can replace it with red cabbage. It will give an interesting color and rich taste.
Step 1

Cut cabbage, onion, carrot and chicken fillet into thin strips.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the chicken for 5 minutes.

Add onion, carrot, cabbage to the fillet. Reduce heat. Cook, stirring thoroughly, until the cabbage is ready.
