Boil the squid carcasses. Boil water in a saucepan, dip the squid in for 2 minutes, remove and let cool.
Prepare the filling. Mix the meat, eggs, cheese and rice. Add salt to taste and sour cream, mix.
Stuff the squids and bake them in the oven. Fill each squid tightly with the filling using a spoon. Take a baking dish and grease it with vegetable oil. Place the stuffed squids in the dish. Grate the cheese with a coarse grater. Sprinkle the squids with cheese and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
