
In a shallow bowl, mix the mince with grated onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. You can add dill or parsley if desired.

Cut the zucchini into thin rectangles of the same size, fry them over low heat. Place the fried zucchini on a sheet of lavash, and top with the filling for the roll. Roll the lavash into a roll, place in a baking container.

Separately mix milk, chicken eggs, kefir and pour the resulting mixture into a baking dish. Bake for about 30 minutes at a temperature of no more than 170 ℃. At the end, add grated cheese.
