Cabbage and sweet pepper, peeled from seeds and partitions, finely chop. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, fry the onion until translucent.
Add garlic and sweet pepper. Fry everything together for 3-4 minutes. Add spices and simmer for 2 more minutes.
Then put the cabbage and tomatoes in the pan. Sprinkle with sugar and add lemon juice.
