Separate the wings. Cut off the sharp phalanx, cut the remaining part in half at the joint.
Place the wings in a deep bowl. Add chopped ginger, onion and garlic, as well as ketchup, hot sauce and soy sauce.
Mix everything well, cover with film and leave to marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.
Line a baking sheet or pan with foil and place the wings on it. Bake the wings in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Remove when done.
Sprinkle the finished wings with sesame seeds. Enjoy your meal.
