Take an egg and separate the white from the yolk. Pour the protein into a shaker.
Add gin, campari, amareto, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a shaker. Shake vigorously.
Take a cocktail glass and pour your drink into it. Wait until the protein foam rises.
