
Prepare the shrimp. Wash and clean the defrosted shrimp. Place them evenly on a plate and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
Fry the shrimp. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp over high heat for 1 minute. Turn them over, add finely chopped garlic and leave for another minute. Then stir and cook for 2 minutes.

Fry the tomatoes with the seafood. Add the cherry tomatoes to the shrimp and fry for another minute. Then pour in the cream and add the sour cream. Mix the ingredients well, add salt and cook for another 2 minutes. It is important that the cream does not boil and there is not too much salt. Remove the pan from the heat and let the dish sit for 1-2 minutes.
