Peel shrimp, pour marinade of sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Place in refrigerator for 10 min.
Cut the pumpkin and strawberries into large cubes, fry in butter until softened.
Shrimp fry with thyme until golden brown. At the end of cooking, pour in the cream and remove from heat. Serve shrimp with fruit garnish, sprinkle with a little chocolate on top.
