Cut the garlic into thin slices and chop the chili pepper into thin slices.
Peel the shrimp and place them in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil.
Add chopped garlic and pepper to the shrimps. Fry over low heat.
Add the squeezed juice of half an orange, salt and pepper to taste to the shrimp. Add the sauce and stir until the shrimp are soaked in the dressing. Leave on the fire for another 5-8 minutes.
Place the cooked shrimps without excess oil on a serving plate. Garnish with fresh herbs: dill, parsley, arugula and sesame seeds.
